Returns & Exchanges
At The Coffee Collective, we want you to love every brew; if your coffee equipment is defective or your beans arrive damaged, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please note that due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags unless there is a quality issue.
Contact Support
Email our brewing experts with your order number and photos of any damage to initiate your return request.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request within 24 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused equipment or unopened coffee in its original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Refund or Replacement
Once we receive and inspect your package, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your replacement coffee immediately.
