CO FERMS ARE BACK! This Rose tea honey co ferment from Colombia by Jario Arcila is just a wonderful delight. We know love co ferments here at slow. We love the brightness is brings out in the coffees. We've never had this process before so we are very excited to be offering it as our first 2026 co ferm.
Co-ferments are just so fun. We know not everyone likes them but we believe they have a place in the modern world. V60 or Orea on a 1:17 ratio, water 92–93°C, slow pour. Don't rush it — the rose and Turkish delight bloom in the cup. Drink black, drink slow, drink twice.
