Ingredients 

• Organic Ceremonial Grade Japanese Matcha Green Tea Powder
• Organic Unrefined Cane Sugar 

How to use 

1. Whisk 1/2 teaspoon (for increased energy, use 1 teaspoon) with 1/4 cup of warm water
2. Mix until matcha is dissolved 
3. Add 3/4 cup of your choice of milk. 
4. Add ice and sweetener if desired
5. Then stir and enjoy!
